Late Planting Update

It's the middle of September and the weather forecast is for temperatures in the mid 20 C range this week. Fantastic! Late crops will be loving this and will definitely yield to the maximum. Here are updated photos of the late plantings. First, lettuce, spinach and beets planted on July 29. We have been enjoying the lettuce and spinach for several weeks. Beets are developing very well. At the back is the August 5th planting of beans. The second photo shows these beans in flower already. The third photo is a close-up of  rapidly developing beans from the July 29 planting. Soon we will be enjoying meals of these. The development of all these crops was accelerated by Seed Haven and there is not a sign of any pest damage.
